To be considered for the position of Gym Manager you must possess the following skills and experience…
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Fitness Industry
• Hold relevant qualifications
• Some of your experience will have been at management level
• Qualified to carry out personal training and classes.
• Knowledge of plant room is also desirable.
Duties.
You will be responsible for developing and managing Galgorm Fitness, our private members club, and will lead and develop the Fitness Team with hands-on approach, and encourage membership sales and retention with innovative ideas. You will ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and customer service throughout the Fitness Suite and Thermal Spa area.
