Introduction to Shiatsu course

Learn a new skill which can improve your own health and that of your family and friends.
You will be shown how to give a simple, effective Shiatsu treatment in the lying and sitting positions. And also learn the location and uses of some of the major acupressure points on the body which can help alleviate certain ailments and complaints.
At the start of each class we will do some simple meditation and meridian exercises (‘yoga-like’ stretching) to improve our own energy and well-being.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket to work on.

5 weekly classes on Wednesdays from 7-9pm beginning 1 Oct 2008. Cost £36, £22 concessions. Repeated Saturday mornings 21, 28 Feb & 7 Mar 2009. Cost £33.
