Single room in house in E Belfast , just off Woodstock Rd
£200pm + gas heating which would probably be another £20 per mnth
Electric included in rent..tumble driar available to use also.
Room has single bed and wardrobe in it , i admit room isnt massive but would be ideal if you only wanting place to stay/chill.
