Full Time Senior Technical Trainer

Our Client, one of the world’s largest IT training companies, has a position for a Full Time Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-end technical training in a classroom setting.
They are seeking IT Professionals who would thrive in an environment offering constant personal learning, plus the satisfaction that comes from teaching IT Professionals the newest Microsoft (and other related) technologies in a professional mentoring setting.

Not from a training background, but really enjoy mentoring???

Are you currently a Trainer?
Requirements include experience as a technical trainer, plus excellent presentation skills. Candidates must have the following certifications: MCSE, a minimum of 3 years instructing in a classroom or corporate training centre environment.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience delivering training to corporate IT professionals
• Hands-on, real world experience in the technologies taught a plus
• High level understanding of Microsoft products and technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
• Able to present in a clear and engaging way to both novice and advanced students
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to prep for new courses quickly and thoroughly
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm in the classroom

• Knowledge of Windows 2003, Exchange Server, SQL, LAN/WAN is a must.


Responsibilities
• Manage internal Network and SAN
• Maintain certification status on annual basis (company covers related expenses)
• Uphold minimum required student scored classroom evaluation average
• Increase professional and technical knowledge
• Assist Sales department as needed (consult on content and delivery)
• Attend pre-sales meetings with clients.
• To be based at the new Belfast centre with some training at customer locations (some travel maybe required).
