Part Time Floor Staff

Ollie’s Club at The Merchant Hotel is Belfast’s most sophisticated nightclub. Opulence and luxury abound in this intimate space. Ollie’s club is situated in the basement of the Merchant building in the former bank’s vaults.

At least 1 years floor experience essential
Candidate profile
• Honest, trustworthy & reliable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience within a busy nightclub

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring we are providing excellent customer service at all times
• To maintain cleanliness of club floor at all times during service
• To ensure bar is fully stocked with all drink products / glassware / ice / mis en place in advance of shift and during shift
• To clear empty glasses from club tables in a timely fashion during service
• To carry out cleaning duties of bar area in line with opening / closing bar procedures




12 hours per week working Friday and Saturday night.
