We are looking for a 2 bed room fully furnished house/apartment of good standard, ideally with modern decor in BT9 area (preferably near Lisburn road, Malone road). We would prefer to have private or off-street parking.

We are looking to pay 500-600pcm incl rates.

We are clean & tidy, non-smokers, and we do not keep pets.

We are flexible with moving dates, but ideally would like to move in during the last 2 weeks of June.
