Tired of walking around houses to look at rooms and then being disappointed, well then why not get together with a few other people and house hunt together.

I have seen some really crap houses in belfast over the last few days and the one nice one but not way too expensive. However, if you look there are loads of full houses available often at real good prices as landlords can;t shift them.

So what I was thinking and hoping was to get a few people together who are looking for a house and we could house hunt togehter - gives us more choice and cuts down on the work.

Looking for 4-5 bedroom house and double rooms (it would be brilliant if we could keep a spare room in the house for guests and the likes). Main areas i have in mind are botanic or lower ormeau (easy to walk to work but also just a dander to bars instead of lots of taxis).

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ENJOY LIVING IN A FUN SOCIALABLE HOUSE RATHER THAN A CRASHPAD.....like to get to know the people i live with and can chill out in the evening with and complain about work (loL).

Up for a mixed house with fellas and girls as found in the past that this has been a great mix
