Double room available immediately in lovely 3-bed, semi-detached house in Stranmillis area. House has a great garden and even a spare 4th bedroom for guests to stay over in comfort! Very close to university, gym and Botanic Gardens and ofcourse all the shops and restaurants on the Stranmillis Road. I have to move home unfortunately, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until end of July 2010. Other housemates are 2 students, one guy and one girl, so would suit anyone to move in.
