Are you considerate, positive, honest & friendly? If the answer is yes then we would love to rent you a room in a spacious detached house with garden, 2 reception rooms and large kitchen diner.

We are a great bunch of friendly people and will have 2 rooms available in a. The house is a large, six bedroom detached property (one room is used as an “office”) in a lovely area, surrounded by trees, & set back from the Antrim road.

You’d be sharing with a guys, 2 girls and a female couple; yep... gay friendly. We're all quite artistic/musical & enjoy good craic. Sounds like a full house…but you’d be amazed at the space!

ROOM 1: double room £200pcm
ROOM2*: giant room £250pcm

Everything is on your doorstep…

***City Centre – 1.5miles (30min walk, 10min bus ride – buses every 3-15mins)
***Bus Stop – 30seconds from front door!
***Supermarkets – Tesco is just down the road, along with other shops & take-aways
***Cave Hill & parks – lots of leafy loveliness all around!

Whats included?

*** comfortable double bed (supersize giant bed in the big room)
*** large built in wardrobe (canvas wardrobe in the big room)

We are a non-smoking household; although a couple of the housemates smoke, they do so outside!

Bills are extra & will include gas, electric, broadband wireless internet & TV
