Customer Service Operator
Internet Company based in the Docklands seeks Customer Service Operators with fluency in English and Italian or French

Customer Service experience is a must but additional full training will be given. You will be supporting Customers on-line as well as on the phone and will therefore possess excellent telephone manners and a clear voice.

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of the Internet and overall familiarity in the use of computers. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the capability to work as part of a team are essential for this interesting varied role. Team roster in place. You will work a min. of 6 night shifts a month (max. 8) extra bonuses for night shifts and Sundays shifts.
