This item is a Korg ToneWorks Pandora PX4 multi-effects processor. The item is used but it is in great condition and fully working. I'm afraid I don't have the original box or a manual but all info can be found online. The PX4 requires 4x AAA batteries (not included). If you have any questions please ask.
