Single room on offer to someone who can take living with the coolest people on the Planet. We’ve assembled 4 so far and are looking for a 5th to complete the set. On offer, other than a life changing experience, is a fully decked out bedroom (wardrobe etc). Closest one to the shower room for those early morning rushes, and even though the other rooms have been taken it’s not even the smallest room in the house!

It’s on a more residential street just off the Ormeau road, near to all the stuff usually mentioned in these ads……Transport links……Shops…….Pubs/Clubs…..Amenities. The house is pretty good and with rent at £35 a week you’d be very very hard pushed to find somewhere more reasonable than this! We’d all share other additional costs, ie.the electric, gas and internet/tv, equally.

You’d be sharing with 3 guys and 1 girl all non-smokers (cool people don’t smoke, sorry but its true). We’d prefer a non-smoker and some info before you see the house.
