Paragon Training (NI) Limited are currently recruiting for a Youth Work Assessor to deliver quality training and development services in line with organisational and Awarding Body Requirements. The role of Youth Work Assessor will involve duties such as….

• Designing training programmes
• Production of training materials
• Delivering training to groups and individuals as required
• Performing off-site assessments

To be considered for the position of Youth Work Assessor you must possess the following skills and experience….

• D23 / 33 OR A1 should be considered as essential
• Youth Work or related qualification and / or 3 years experience of working in this area (recognised by the relevant body)
• 3 years experience working within the Youth Work Sector at a level 3 post or above
• As you will be expected to work in a variety of locations your own car and full UK Driving Licence are also essential

• £18000 per annum

The role will be built around your caseload so candidates must hold a degree of flexibility towards hours of work and Paragon Training are willing to do the same.
