The Socail Economy Village is a business hub for social enterprises to start up and grow providing a combination of office accommodation and workspace units.

A range of twelve office units from 300sq ft to 857 sq ft, and four 1,500 sq ft industrial units which are located on Hannastown Hill off the Glen Road.

Available for occupation by a range of service based and manufacturing social economy enterprises in Phase 1 of the development from May 2008.
