As Chef you will be working within a brigade of 4 chefs and be involved with all sections of the kitchen. Everything is made from fresh, seasonal produce and locally sourced where possible.

Benefits include a 4.5 day week, no more than 48 hours and one weekend off in every 8 weeks.

Will have People flair, team-leading abilities and kitchen management, fully certified in HACCP as you are expected to incorporate and monitor a high level of safety, health and hygiene in your production area on a daily basis.

You are expected to introduce and maintain your own high standards of food preparation and presentation by organising, training and assisting your staff and associates.
