2 Day train the trainer course Belfast and Nationwide

This two day intensive course covers all main aspects associated with preparing to train. Over the two days, you will learn about the theory of designing and delivering training, the learning environment, what's involved in preparing to train and training delivery.

Additionally, you will gain invaluable information and knowledge for dealing with different learning styles and behaviours in the training environment.

Through a mix of individual and group exercises, candidates will develop their understanding of the training function and share experiences with other participants on the course. Finally, your facilitator will cover important detail on audio visual support and techniques for when things go wrong.

Day two involves a short presentation for evidence of learning. There is a small amount of home study required for this programme.
