I am looking for a house in any condition - and any area considered. Would like to swap a 2 bed ground floor apartment in the Forest Grove development in Newtownbreda (beside Tescos. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and apartment is really nice..Check out property news website for similar apartments (It is worth about £230 000)but I will consider a house worth more (or less if it suits you to make up the difference)
