APARTMENT TO SHARE WITH FREE SKY & WI-FI.

I’m a 25 working professional, looking to share my apartment in the embankment area of Belfast. Rent includes free Sky TV & Wireless broadband plus. There’s also a phone for incoming calls only. Heating & electric will be discussed. A deposit & rent in advance is required prior to moving in.

My aim is to find someone who comes to Belfast 1-2 week/s or so in the month (£135 PW) or 3-4 nights during the week, (£30 per night) rather than full time. But I will consider the right tenant full time

Your bedroom will not be used in your absence and is a furnished double room with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers which are all brand new, you will need to provide & wash your own towels.

You must also be a non smoking working professional. Ideally I would like to share with another female similar age who is a minimalist, clean & tidy & social person but will consider a male who has all the qualities above.

Apartment is non smoking & pet free

If you don’t have a car the bus route is a 2 min walk.
