Our client, a leader in supported housing, currently has a requirement for a Senior Project Worker/Support Worker to cover ad hoc shifts in their Armagh site.

Role:

• Take responsibility for the home in the Managers absence
• Management of staff within the home to include induction, performance management, appraisals and development
• Compliance with all Polices and Procedures and RQIA standards
• Ensure the safe handling and distribution of residents medications
• Provide high standards of care to residents
• Records management
• Monitor the overall Health and Safety of the home and report any accidents or incidents

Ideally our client is looking for a fully qualified Nurse or Social Worker for this post with demonstratable experience in the above areas.
