You will be taking incoming calls from customers who have a savings account, dealing with typical enquiries. These could be anything from transferring funds to balance updates.You will also be looking for any opportunity to offer the customers the best accounts for their investments or even review their account.

Candidates will need a genuine interest in supporting and directing customers over the telephone, providing a high level of customer service. You must be friendly and have the desire to go the extra mile for the customers.
