The company Bubble (NI) Ltd (www.bubble.ie) is expanding its product SpeechBubble (www.speechbubble.ie) to be used as a WEB based Training Tool.

There is a very detailed project outline and will be a minimum 240 hours work with the key developer being held for long term retainer (for the duration of the product life span).

Also Bubble believe in Developers working in their own environment so there is no need to work out of an office as long as deadlines and schedules are met.

The skills required are to work within the Flash/WEB environment using Flex and AS3 - we are not asking for a min time as developer but please add some samples of your work.
