Below is an example of the work I have done in the past. This building was old and dilapidated. And in need of a complete renovation in order to bring it up to Building Contol & HMO standards (House of Multipile Occupancy) I was asked to measure, draw up, advise on the plans and apply to the planning service (N.I) for full planning permission.
