Experienced freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a renowned sub contractor based in the Greater Belfast area.

My client is a multi-disciplinary contractor with over 20 years experience in the industry.  They are based in Co. Antrim and cover projects throughout Ireland and the UK.  They are well known for their work within shuttering, concrete & civil engineering environments.

 

Due to a full order book of private, public and framework projects they require a stand alone Quantity Surveyor to join an existing team for an initial 2 month period..

 

 Role: 

 

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience working within stringent budgets and developing business within a highly competitive market. You will have experience within the shuttering environment and be able to travel throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have in excess of 5 years post graduate experience and knowledge of the sub contract setting would be advantageous.



   

 Opportunity:

The company require a motivated and experienced professional initially on a 3 day week with the view to becoming full time.
