Scheme Coordinator Belfast
Scheme Coordinator required to manage Sheltered Housing Scheme located in Belfast. The successful applicant will be responsible for reporting any minor works to be carried out, general health and safety, well-being of the tenants in the scheme, tenancy management issues, support plans and risk assessments as well as actively encouraging tenant participation through tenant groups, coffee meetings etc.
Whilst this role is initially a temporary role, our client would like the ideal candidate to be available for permanency after an initial short period of time.
Previous experience in a sheltered or supported housing role is essential.
Support planning and risk assessments.
Excellent communication skills and able to deal with vulnerable tenants in a sensitive and friendly fashion.
A driving license with access to own vehicle is also essential.
