Single room available in a top-notch-renovated, fully furnished, 3-brm terrace just off Lisburn Rd. The room comes fully furnished with single bed, built in desk, wardrobe space and drawers. Rent is £200 per month, and bills have been usually about £40 - £50 a month, which covers wireless broadband, Virgin Media TV and a landline, as well as the usual gas, electric etc. (Yes, it's a fabulous place, we love living here :P)

Looking for someone 23 - 30yrs (not super tall, room has a sloped ceiling...!) - we are 2 friendly girls (25:film + 26:postgrad) Just the usual expectations: relatively clean, respectful, and a good sense of humour!

There's street parking, and it's in a beautiful area (near Marks and Spencer along Lisburn rd). Buses run as regularly as buses do in Belfast here, but it's a nice 30 min walk into town if it's not raining!
