Just did MOT last week and flew thru!
Just so people aren;t unduly worried about the big miles there's one of these in Co Down with 440,000 odd miles on it still on the original engine There's quite a few in the BMW club with 2 hundred thousand miles plus.

The only 2 faults that I can say there are is the right hand lower fairing panel paint has dulled and I have a cover over the button on the tank to stop water going thru the keyhole

Wee Jobs that need done on BMW K series that have been done

Valve clearance schecked in the last 1800 miles
Full service inc brake fluid, fork oil and coolant in the last 1800 miles
Clutch splines lubed and Driveshaft splines lubed too!

Taxed till end of November and Eligibale for classic insurance
