Hi, I am a 31 year old female who would like to rent a room with an ensuite. I am a professional and would prefer to live with another professional/professionals. Due to the location of my work I would prefer to rent in the following areas Malone, Malone Road, Upper Malone road, Upper Lisburn road etc. I would consider a property close to these areas. I am very tidy, clean and friendly. I am not a party animal but I do enjoy socialising in Belfast. I am a non-smoker and don’t have any pets however, I would be happy to share a house with someone who had a pet- a FRIENDLY pet that is! :) I have a car therefore I would need somewhere safe to park it in the evenings. I would like to rent somewhere ASAP and I would need the room 7 days a week.
