Advanced beginner's Yoga - Starts 5th November for 5 weeks
Thursday night - 6pm to 7pm
Belmont Tower, 82 Belmont Church Road, Belfast BT4 3FG
Ideal for those who have completed the beginners course and would like to progress further. Also good if returning to yoga after taking a break.
This class will explore new and old postures taking them to a deeper level and energise the body by practicing the sun salutations.
