I am a well traveled, worldly-wise, neat and responsible adult with a university degree in Ethnomusicology. Having lived in many houses on my travels, and able to happily maintain yours for you while you are gone.

I was raised on farms and was for some time an equestrian by trade, so small holdings or horses are not a problem.
