We are currently looking to renting an apartment in Portstewart for weekends (Friday and Saturday) or 7 day stays. The apartment is close to night clubs, beaches, and is between 10 – 20 yards from sea view. The apartment also sleeps between 5 and 6 people.


Two Night Stay

Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm will cost £125.00

Full Week Package Deal

Saturday 5pm to Saturday 5pm will cost £199.99

Deposit

The deposit for the apartment is:

£100 for 2 night stay
£150 for week stay

The apartment will also need to be booked 5 working days in advance and tenants will be required to sign a short term tenancy agreement which will be emailed faxed or posted.
