Job Role - Assistant Manager:

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in setting targets, controlling stock, recruiting, training and inspiring your team, creating and driving marketing campaigns and building bridges with the local community.

Ideally you will already be from a branded restaurant-led background with previous experience as an duty manager or Assistant Manager. You’re ambitious and would like to see yourself climbing the ladder within a great company that recognises people as their greatest asset.
You will lead by example and have a good eye for operational detail and deliver high standards of service and food in a very busy pub/restaurant. But above all its about your personality and attitude: if you enjoy work and gain pleasure from others doing the same then this is an ideal opportunity.

This is a live-in position if required.
