This is a spacious three bedroom end terraced house. It has off street locked parking and a large back yard. Ideal for BBQ in the summer. The street is very quiet and in a great location to either Belfast or Lisburn. The house is just a 2 minute walk to the Derriaghy train station which accesses both cities throughout the day and night. The front facing double bedroom to let is quite large with built-in wardrobe and plenty of light. The living room is also large and very comfortable.
I work Monday to Friday and when I’m not working I like to socialise with friends. I would expect a potential flatmate to share the cleaning and tidying duties, pay rent on time, and outside of that the rest is negotiable.
