Salary: from £17,000 - £21,400 pa + Monthly & Quarterly Commission OTE

We are looking for two outstanding Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast office, to recruit for permanent staff within Social & Allied Health Care sectors. You will be working in a team of three consultants, reporting to the Section Manager.

Responsibilities -

• Identifying clients and candidates objections and effectively meeting them.
• Cold calling clients and candidates
• Documenting client details and vacancy requirements.
• Preparing advertisements to attract new applicants for your vacancies.

You must have exceptional proven sales ability and will easily build rapport on the phone and face to face. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and will have the desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
