I am a non smoker, female professional, 29 yrs old, lookin for a place to rent long term by myself and I have no pets. I would prefer a 1-2 bedroom apartment/house.

Would like to move into a quiet area, non student, I would also prefer to pay rent via standing order on a monthly basis. My budget to £350 - 400.

I have to give one months notice in my current place, however I am flexible otherwise in my moving date if the place suits my needs(whether be say in next month or even in 6 months time ). I am taking my time to find somewhere I like to live, as I have the mindframe that this will be a long term move.
