Hi there,

I have always wanted to be a dressmaker. I work as a designer but with like to learn a craft. There is a course in BIFHE but as I work full time I cant attend. I feel a bit silly putting this add up but for over a year and a half I've looked into every possibility, but there doesnt seem to be any courses or apprenticships or any jobs that require less than 2 years experience.

Im prepared to leave my job if someone could take me on and train me as either a dressmaker or an upholsterer. Or work weekends and evenings...

These seem to be dying crafts which I love to learn.

Hopefully by some miracle someone has an opportunity to offer. It would be amazing.
