Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop key accounts
* Statistical performance analysis
* Understand and capture business and client requirements
* Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure timely delivery
* Identify and exploit secondary revenue opportunities
* Meet and exceed agreed targets and milestones
* Manage resources internally where required
* Be the first point of call for all clients
* General administration duties
