We are two females, 29/33 and are looking for a person to share the flat with from 01/06. We are looking for someone in their 30s, preferably non-smoker, who is sociable, fun and easy-going but no party animal please. We do enjoy the odd night out in town but also appreciate the relaxing and cosy moments in life. Rent per month is £230 plus bills and deposit. The contract is for one year.

The flat has all the usuals (fully furnished - although the landlord is happy to take stuff out if you have your own, plus broadband internet)It also has a beautifully sunny conservatory with views overlooking Botanical Gardens. We're in a quiet street bordering the gardens, just 1 minute from Stranmillis Road and only 500m from PEC. University only 10 min walk!
