Located between the City Hall and the BBC. Near all major public transport locations, restaurants and bars.

The flat has all mod cons washing machine, dryer, etc and has a car parking space. There is also wifi broadband and cable tv.

You would be sharing with one other person. I was a PhD student but gave it up for the glamour of a desk job for the moment. I am fairly quiet and fairly tidy but then the odd moments of madness do occur. The room is only available for the summer though as I am leaving the country mid to end of August.

Light smokers are welcome as I sometimes have the odd cigarette.

Rent is £285.00 per calender month. Bills are not included in the price of the room, but usually come to around £40 a month. A months deposit is also required.
