i carry out the same management facilities as an estate agent, only with a better service and not as expensive! Most agents charge 10% of your rental income

i manage properties in county armagh, however, i can go further afield if required.

Introductory Prices - Valid for a short Period!

Option 1 £10.99 per month

• Includes, taking all calls from the tenant and if applicable, arranging on the Landlord’s behalf, workmen to fix a problem.

Option 2 £29.99 per month
Includes:
• Collecting rent by direct debit
• Forwarding rent to Landlord
• Completing a Rent Book
• Taking all calls from the tenant and if applicable, arranging on the Landlord’s behalf, workmen to fix a problem
• Periodically inspections of the property for damages
• Arranging house insurance, if requested
• Arranging payment of Rates to the Land and Property Services if required

Letting Fee - £45.00

Includes:
- Putting up sign
- Placing Advert in local papers*
- Taking all telephone enquiries
- Carrying out viewings of the property (in the evenings - which is more suitable to prospective tenants)
- If requested, carrying out a credit search on the prospective tenant**
- Checking references provided by the tenant
- Drawing up and having the Tenancy Agreement signed by Tenants
- Preparing Rent Book and Inventory of items

Not included in fee:

• all outlay: -
• * Landlord will have to pay the advertising fee to the newspaper
• ** Landlord will have to pay the credit search fee.
