Job Description
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the professional and profitable operation of the restaurant. The role will involve implementing, monitoring ans maintaining the training system for all staff ensuring that they are trained to their full potential. The ideal candidate will be a good team motivator and have excellent leadership and people management skills. As Restaurant Manager will be responsible for 35 members of the team, ensuring strategic rota planning and wage costs in line with the forcasted budget.

Required Experience
* An existing Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Manager
* Experience in a high volume restaurant
* Extremely motivated and enthusiastic individual
* A passion for fine food and wine

Salary
The starting salary for this role is between £28000 - 30000 (37000 euros) and a bonus which is 10-12% of annual salary.
