Course Description:
The Edexcel Level 3 BTEC Award Introducing Management is a 30 hour qualification consisting of 3 units of 10 guided learning hours each. To achieve the whole qualification, a learner must successfully complete all 3 units.

BTEC Level 3 Award Introducing Management.
How will I be assessed?
In the Edexcel Level 3 BTEC Award Introducing Management all units are internally assessed. Centre assessment will be verified through the National Standards Sampling process.
What standards do I need in order to join the course?
Entry by interview.
What will I study?
Unit 1 Developing as a Manager
Unit 2 Leadership in Management
Unit 3 Meeting the Requirements of a Manager.
